Hello and welcome to the Blue Sky Shining blog. My name is Terri, and I live in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area of Minnesota. A few tidbits about me …
- I’m an instrument rated, private pilot and have been flying for fun since 1997. I fly mainly Cessna 172s (Skyhawks) and 182s (Skylanes).
- I’m married to my college sweetheart, Brian. We have two fluff-ball dogs that are my pride and joy. Daisy is a nine-pound Bichon that we “rescued” when she was six months old from a couple who couldn’t handle her high energy. Benson is a 12-pound Poodle/Terrier mix (as far as we can tell) that we adopted from a shelter.
- In the 9th grade, I was ranked first in my class. By the time I finished high school, I had dropped to the 12th spot out of 166 graduating students. Don’t get too excited. My GPA was 3.514 and headed downhill in college. I love learning, but didn’t quite have the discipline and study habits required to excel in a tougher academic setting than my rural high school.
I hope you enjoy my blog and will come back often and add your comments. I suggest you read my entry from October 3, 2007, for details on the blog’s theme and subject areas.
Wishing you blue skies,
Terri
